Ontario, Canada

The following excerpt is from Close Up International Ltd. v. Yakubovsky, 2006 CanLII 19434 (ON SC):

In a related action, on February 21, 2006 I ordered security for costs (05-CV-297957PD2 Close-Up v. 1562944 Ontario). The basis for my ruling was that there was no evidence about the ability of shareholders of the plaintiff to post security for costs.
