This judgment deals with a series of applications by the defendants in multiple actions for security for costs. In August 2014, Master J.L. Mason, in GSI v. Corridor Resources Inc. (Action 1301-10045) dismissed the defendant’s application for security for costs, conditional on certain undertakings being given by the plaintiff’s corporate officer.
