I do not agree with either aspect or iteration of these submissions. In Sarro v. Sarro, 2011 BCSC 1010, Smith J. dealt with a case where the husband’s compensation was made up of various components including stock options and RSUs. With respect to these latter forms of compensation Smith J. said:
