In Rozendall v. Landingin, 2013 BCSC 24 Landingin suffered injuries in two motor vehicle accidents. One in 2007 and the second in 2008. Following the first accident she experienced pain and stiffness in her neck and shoulder as well as headaches with sleeping difficulties. She was treated with medication and some physiotherapy.
