The three requirements mentioned in s. 69(5) raise the question of whether the relocating parent's failure to satisfy the court of at least one of the factors requires the court to prohibit the move. If the claimant’s proposal is not made in good faith, the court is not precluded from considering the best interests of the child and permitting the relocation where the court considers the move to be in the child's best interest: Hadjioannou v. Hadjioannou, 2013 BCSC 1682.
