must draw all presumptions in favor of the trial court's ruling, upholding its findings if substantial evidence supports them. (People v. Fulkman (1991) 235 Cal.App.3d 555, 560.) The trial court has the duty to decide whetheron the facts it has foundthe search was reasonable within the meaning of the Constitution. On appeal, "it becomes the ultimate responsibility of the appellate court to measure the facts, as found by the trier, against the constitutional standard of reasonableness." (People v. Lawler (1973) 9 Cal.3d 156, 160.)
