What is the test for a review of income for support purposes?

British Columbia, Canada

The following excerpt is from Hathaway v. Hathaway, 2015 BCSC 1485 (CanLII):

The respondent’s historical income earnings demonstrate genuine and material uncertainties that are inherent in his income for support purposes from year to year. Accordingly, I am of the view that this proceeding meets the test for the limited use of reviews set out in Leskun v. Leskun at paras. 36-37.
