In LeBlanc v. British Columbia (Superintendent of Motor Vehicles), Bruce J. held that it was not patently unreasonable for the Adjudicator to conclude that a report in which the date on the jurat was clearly wrong was nonetheless a sworn or solemnly affirmed Report because it was properly signed by a Commissioner for taking oaths.
