However, it is at least necessary, in my view, to establish that the person who exercised the influence obtained a direct or indirect benefit as a result of the exercise of that influence: Kour Estate v. Bhandar, [1996] B.C.J. No. 2379 (S.C.). Here the influence, if any, did not change the disposition of the estate.
