When a dispute arises as to the administration of an infant's interest in an estate, in what circumstances will the infant's share of the estate be paid into court?

British Columbia, Canada

The following excerpt is from Greig (Re), 1983 CanLII 589 (BC SC):

When a dispute arises as to the administration of an infant's interest in an estate, in my opinion, the practice followed in Mitchell v. Rickey, Re Lloyd, and Re J. T. Smith's Trusts, all supra, is proper and the infant's share of the estate under administration should be paid into court. Such an order does not suggest any impropriety, lack of concern or lack of diligence on the part of the administratrix.
