This brings me to the error alleged in the exercise of the judge’s discretion on remedy. As stated above, the judge’s choice of remedy is entitled to significant deference and should not be disturbed absent an error in principle, failure to give weight to relevant considerations, or decision that results in an injustice: Khela v. Phoenix Homes Limited, 2015 BCCA 202 at para. 37.
