Similarly, in Alessio v. McAllister, [1999] B.C.J. No. 1252, Madam Justice Dorgan said at para. 120: A medical practitioner is not liable for errors of judgment but may be liable for lack of reasonable care and skill. The law does not impose a standard of perfection upon doctors.
