Is there any case law where a finding of "good cause" was not made?

In Community Redevelopment Agency of Los Angeles v. Superior Court, supra, 248 Cal.App.2d 164, 56 Cal.Rptr. 201, the court determined that a showing similar to the one made by plaintiffs in the instant case was insufficient to establish 'good cause' within the meaning of section 863 of the Code of Civil Procedure. It is true that in Community Redevelopment the trial court failed to make an express finding of 'good cause.'
