In Community Redevelopment Agency of Los Angeles v. Superior Court, supra, 248 Cal.App.2d 164, 56 Cal.Rptr. 201, the court determined that a showing similar to the one made by plaintiffs in the instant case was insufficient to establish 'good cause' within the meaning of section 863 of the Code of Civil Procedure.
