The following excerpt is from People v. Hollman, A150795 (Cal. App. 2019):
uncharged crimes is admissible to prove, among other things, the identity of the perpetrator of the charged crimes, the existence of a common design or plan, or the intent with which the perpetrator acted in the commission of the charged crimes.' " (People v. Foster, supra, 50 Cal.4th at p. 1328; accord, Evid. Code, 1101, subd. (b).) Furthermore, Evidence Code section 1101 does not affect "the admissibility of evidence offered to support or attack the credibility of a witness." (Evid. Code, 1101, subd. (c).)
