1 A person's right to be left alone, i.e. to privacy, is a fundamental right which is derived from the Constitution of the United States. Such right exists within the "penumbras, formed by emanations from guarantees that help give them life and substance." Griswold v. Connecticut, 381 U.S. 479, 484, 85 S.Ct. 1678, 14 L.Ed.2d 510 (1965). See generally, 4 Harv.L.Rev. 193, 220.
