What is the test for granting an injunction against molestation?

Saskatchewan, Canada

The following excerpt is from Hastings v. Hastings et al., 1971 CanLII 850 (SK QB):

This power to grant an injunction against molestation has to be exercised reasonably and sensibly. It must not become a weapon of domestic warfare. It seems that in England there were lists of these applications every week when Ormrod, J., to discourage some of them, said "the time has come when the court really should take a good look at them": Freedman v. Freedman, [1967] 2 All E.R. 680 (note).
