In Galloway v. Hallé Concerts Soc., [1915] 2 Ch. 233 at 239. it was held that prima facie it was entirely improper for directors to make a call on some members of a class of shareholders who stand in the same relation to the company as other members of the class without making a similar call on all other members of that class.
