In determining that question, three cases are significant. In Golden v. State of California, 133 Cal.App.2d 640, 285 P.2d 49 (1955), the court construed section 24074, as that section then stood, as doing no more than to set out a scheme for satisfying creditors of the seller in cases where the purchase price was not sufficient to meet all of them in full.
