We likewise conclude the instructions adequately informed the jury of the applicable principles. We bear in mind that we look to the jury instructions as a whole, not to individual instructions in isolation, to determine whether the jury was adequately instructed, and we consider the arguments of counsel to assess the probable impact of the instructions on the jury.
