A contribution to the cost of a full-time nanny or childcare will be denied if the parent chooses to be unemployed and does not suffer from any disability that warrants the employment of a nanny or a live-in caregiver and housekeeper. See Forzley v. Forzley, [1997] B.C.J. No. 2881 (S.C.J.).
