In Zimmerman v. Zimmerman, supra, Dickson J. was asked to consider an agreement reached after a pre-trial conference. The husband admitted that he and his wife agreed to settle, however, the husband said he was upset and confused as regarding the settlement. He said he was very stressed during the pre-trial and felt extreme pressure to end the dispute. Despite the husband’s concerns respecting the pre-trial conference, Dickson J. upheld the agreement. In so doing Dickson J. said, at para. 12:
