On the other hand, the prospect of a multiplicity of proceedings where the forum selection clause is enforced with respect to only one aspect of a claim can be a factor when considering whether or not to decline jurisdiction on the basis of a forum selection clause: Magill v. Expedia Canada Corporation and Expedia.ca, 2010 ONSC 5247 at para. 53.
