The Tribunal’s decisions have set out a number of situations where costs were awarded against a party for improper conduct: Bakhtiyari v. BCIT (No. 6), 2007 BCHRT 320, para. 45. Included were instances where a party was untruthful with respect to the “central aspects” of the complaint.
