What is the effect of a motion to have a portion of a ruling regarding party and party costs overturned?

British Columbia, Canada

The following excerpt is from Pacific Hunter Resources Inc. v. Moss Management Inc., 2010 BCSC 283 (CanLII):

The estate sought to have the court reconsider a portion of the earlier ruling with respect to the party and party costs. The order has been entered. The matter is one that was addressed in submissions by counsel at the previous hearing. None of the circumstances in which a court retains jurisdiction to re-visit a matter once the order has been entered are present, see Buschau v. Rogers Communications Inc., 2004 BCCA 142, 237 D.L.R. (4th) 260. In the circumstances, it would not be appropriate to re-consider this issue. Summary
