The Director and the Respondent note that in determining if a litigant is vexatious, the court may look at the entirety of the individual’s litigation history. This includes the consideration of litigation in other jurisdictions: Chutskoff Estate v. Bonora, 2014 ABQB 389, 590 AR 298 at para 89 (“Chutskoff”), aff’d 2014 ABCA 444, 588 AR 303.
