In submissions, defendant’s counsel referred me to a previous decision of mine, Sandhu v. Wilk, 2014 BCSC 1128, and acknowledged that some interviewing would take place after December 1, 2015. In submissions defendant’s counsel submitted that 3 to 4 units plus “perhaps 2 units doubled”, for 7 or 8 units would be appropriate.
