What is the test for following a court order?

Ontario, Canada

The following excerpt is from A.C. v. K.C., 2022 ONSC 1844 (CanLII):

Court orders are not suggestions or recommendations. When a court makes an order, the court order must be followed unless there are clear and compelling reasons to justify violation of an order, such as a reasonable belief of imminent harm to the child: Janowski v. Zebrowski, 2019 ONSC 4046, 29 R.F.L. (8th) 186, at para. 24.
