The following excerpt is from Bozek v. Bozek, 1965 CanLII 411 (SK QB):
Condonation means the forgiveness of the offence with a full knowledge of the circumstances followed by a reinstatement of the off ending party to his or her former position subject, however, to the implied condition that no later offence be committed. Vide. Beard v. Beard (1945) 114 LJP 33, 61 TLR 555. There must be a resumption of married life.
