The defendant says that the application of the second and third factors precludes a set-off against anything other than the award of spousal support, as the issue in the application before me was retroactive spousal support. It is the defendant's position that child support would fall into the same category in relation to set-off, but I have already disposed of that matter by reference to adoption of Madam Justice Fisher's reasons in Starr v. Starr.
