In Sandor v. Sandor, [2004] O.J. No. 2741, Mr. Justice Corbett held that the daughter’s pregnancy did not relieve the father from paying child support for her. The daughter was found to be a “child of the marriage” while she was recovering from childbirth and while she was pursuing a course of education or training.
