In Donoso v. Canac (2005) O.S.C.J. , Morawetz J. (unreported) it was held that the plaintiff, a supervisor in Shipping department who was 46 at the time of dismissal and who had worked for the company for 17 1/2 years was entitled to 17 1/2 months notice.
