The district court did give the jury a single general instruction that their verdict had to be unanimous. [CONFIRM AT ORAL ARGUMENT]. We have held that a specific unanimity instruction is required where there is a genuine possibility of jury confusion or that a conviction may occur as a result of different jurors concluding that defendants committed different acts.
