Section 671(b) of the Vehicle Code provides that the driver of a motor vehicle when reasonably necessary to insure safe operation shall give audible warning with his horn. Whether under the circumstances here presented it was 'reasonably necessary' to sound the horn to 'insure safe operation' should have been a question of fact for the jury. In Ducat v.
