In Bowden v. Russell, 36 L.T.N.S. 177, the application for commitment was given up and an injunction asked for, but Malins, V.C., said that the conduct of the plaintiff, who had published or circulated copies of his statement of claim in a pending action, was so improper that he must pay the costs of the motion.
