In 1997, the defendant remarried. At that time he had obtained a divorce from his wife but had not resolved the issues corollary to the divorce. On July 6, 1998, following a lengthy trial, Morrison J. made an order with regard to corollary relief in Hosseini v. Assadbeigi, [1998] B.C.J. No. 1642.
