C.A) the court confirmed that the factors to be considered in assessing a solicitors account include the time expended by the lawyer, the legal complexity of the matter, the degree of responsibility assumed by the lawyer, the monetary value of the matters in issue, the importance of the matters to the client, the degree of skill and confidence demonstrated by the lawyer, the results achieved, the clients ability to pay and the expectation of the client regarding the amount of the fee.
