Rule 14-1(21)(b) requires that a copy of the accounts to be reviewed be attached to the appointment. Bills that are not attached to the appointment cannot be the subject matter of the review to which the appointment relates (McGarvey v. MacKinnon, 2001 BCSC 88, [2001] B.C.J. No. 59, 2 C.P.C. (5th) 287 (Registrar), at para 30. A registrar’s jurisdiction is limited to a review of the material attached to the appointment.
