I apprehend that in some instances a thorough accounting might be desirable but cannot see how it could be obtained against the Crown by way of petition of right within the ambit of the definition of “relief” as interpreted in Feather v. Reg., supra. It would seem to me, and I say this quite gratuitously, that an action for an accounting with the consent of the Attorney-General might be maintained against the administrator.
