9 In my view such evidence is inadmissable to give certainty to the words "necessary disbursements": see Elkiw v. Harris (1990) 39 C.P.C. (2d) at pg. 121. This evidence may be something which the Registrar can properly take into account if a review is conducted: Moir v. Trenciansky (unreported March 2 1989 Vancouver Registry Number J880522).
