Is Bank of Montreal a factually distinguishable company from the Bank of Canada?

Ontario, Canada

The following excerpt is from Ontario Public Service Employees Union (Cooper) v Ontario (Ontario Clean Water Agency), 2021 CanLII 17417 (ON GSB):

Yue v. Bank of Montreal is also factually distinguishable, as acknowledged by the Employer in argument. The employee sought a transfer to a position closer to home in order to address the “stress” he experienced from commuting. The medical note he provided indicated only that it was “advisable” to change the employee’s work location to accommodate the stress he experienced from a longer commute, and the doctor agreed that it was not a medical necessity.
