What are some cases where the court has found the Mehr contract unenforceable?

Ontario, Canada

The following excerpt is from Salim v. Safdar, 2019 ONSC 200 (CanLII):

In the case of Yar v. Yar, the court found the Mehr contract to be unenforceable because neither party spoke Arabic and the contract was written in Arabic. In addition, there were concerns about what the parties understood about the Mehr during the wedding ceremony as there was a recording of the ceremony which the judge heard.
