What is the test for varied maintenance orders?

British Columbia, Canada

The following excerpt is from Anderson v. von Schellwitz, 2000 BCSC 1479 (CanLII):

Before an existing maintenance order may be varied, the applicant must show that there has been a material change in circumstances since the original order was made. Such a change is one that, if known when the original order was made, would likely have resulted in different terms: Willick v. Willick, 1994 CanLII 28 (SCC), [1994] 3 S.C.R. 670.
