What are the conditions for variation in terms of an order?

British Columbia, Canada

The following excerpt is from M.A.M. v. J.H.K.M. et al., 2005 BCSC 1796 (CanLII):

I accept, as I must, that the original orders were correct, and I must first decide whether the conditions for variation exist. The conditions for variation are a change in circumstances such that, if known at the time, would likely have resulted in different terms: Willick v. Willick, 1994 CanLII 28 (SCC), [1994] 3 S.C.R. 670.
