6. In light of our determination, we do not address defendant's additional argument that the denial of the motion to quash/traverse the search warrant and suppress evidence cannot be upheld under the "good faith" exception to the exclusionary rule, applicable where a search has been conducted "in objectively reasonable reliance on a subsequently invalidated search warrant . . . ." (United States v. Leon (1984) 468 U.S. 897, 922).
