Her contention that the parties cannot confer jurisdiction by stipulation (see Cook v. Winklepleck (1936) 16 Cal.App.2d (Supp.) 759, 769, 59 P.2d [42 Cal.App.3d 393] 463) fails, because as has been demonstrated above (part I) the court, in the absence of any objection, had power to determine the issues presented to it on such evidence as was adduced by the parties.
