It suffices to note that the Mundens have waived the argument on appeal for failure to brief it sufficiently. See United States v. Ghanem, 993 F.3d 1113, 1133 (9th Cir. 2021) (holding that defendant waived argument supporting due-process claim because he failed to cite relevant case law).
