'seriously impair' his opportunity to earn a living [citation], or which 'might seriously damage his standing or associations in his community' [citation]." (Id. at p. 346, fn. omitted.) The remedy for this deprivation of a liberty interest is "'"an opportunity to refute the charge" [and] "to clear his name."' [Citation.]" (Id. at p. 346.)
