for example, the perpetrator "discard[s] or abandon[s]" the original felonious intent, or there is some other "arguably significant interruption of events between the entry and the homicide." The "ultimate question of whether the defendant has reached a place of temporary safety is an objective one to be determined by the trier of fact." (People v.
