The appellants' arguments regarding sufficiency of the evidence rely largely on their assertions about evidence they contend the trial court should not have believed. "[I]t is the province of the trial court and not this court to pass on the credibility of the witnesses and to determine the weight and sufficiency of the evidence." (Saunders v.
