The applicant for a warrant must show the existence of reasonable grounds for the issuance of the warrant meeting the standard of credibly-based probability, not suspicion: see Hunter v. Southam Inc., 1984 CanLII 33 (SCC), [1984] 2 S.C.R. 145 at 167-168).
